This Master User Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you, the User, and AirTnT regarding the use of the various services offered by AirTnT.

This Master User Agreement (“Agreement”) is applicable to all Services. Users warrant that they will follow all such additional procedures and instructions, as amended from time to time, in connection with the use of the services. By using an Account on AirTnT websites, the User authorizes AirTnT and its agents to access third party websites, including those of the Bank and other payment gateways, designated by them, or on their behalf, to retrieve the requested information.

Users are solely responsible for all activities that occur while using their password or account. AirTnT does not control or endorse the content, messages, or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, AirTnT specifically disclaims any liability in connection with the Communication Services and any any action arising from the User's participation in any Communication Service.

Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to restrictions on use, reproduction, and/or dissemination. It is the user's responsibility to update and comply with such limitations if they download the materials.

SECTION 12 – RIGHT TO CANCELLATION BY AirTnT IN CASE OF INVALID INFORMATION FROM USER

The user undertakes to provide AirTnT only with correct and valid information while requesting any services under this agreement, and not to make any false representations. Any default by the User will be in effect with this agreement and will prevent the User from using services from AirTnT.

In the event that AirTnT discovers or has reason to believe, at any time during or after receipt of a service request from a User, that the service request is unauthorized or that information provided by the User is provided or any of such information is incorrect or any facts have been misrepresented by them, AirTnT, in its sole discretion, shall have the unrestricted right to take any action against(s) User without any prior notice to User. In such a case, AirTnT will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the User.

Users shall expressly indemnify AirTnT of any such claim or liability and shall not hold AirTnT liable for any loss or damage arising from measures taken by AirTnT to protect their own interests and those of genuine customers.

SECTION 13 – SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 14 -– TERMINATION

The User or AirTnT may terminate this Agreement and the Service with or without cause, at any time, with immediate effect.

The User agrees that AirTnT may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate the User's ID and access to the Website/Services.

Either User or AirTnT may terminate this Agreement through a written notice to the other. AirTnT shall not be liable to the User or any third party for the termination of any Service. If the User objects to any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Service in any way, the User's sole recourse is to: (a) stop using the Site. / Immediate service; and (b) notify AirTnT of the discontinuance of such service.
